We enjoyed a 2 night stay in Sequoia Lodge. It was an impromptu trip and all the golden forest rooms were booked, which was a bummer.

Check in was good. Room was fine - a little outdated but nice enough. Wifi didn't work the first night but worked great second night.

The gym was really nice and pool seemed nice but we didn't use.

We did 730 breakfast and it was pleasant- not too crowded. I'd love more fresh fruit though. By time we left, there were really long lines to be seated so I'm glad we went relatively early.

Concierge helped us get inventions dinner reservation. Characters in the lobby were nice since golden forest was full.

Check out was easy. We also checked our bags and were able to quickly retrieve them.

We used the transport to and from rer and it was simple and clean.

Myself my wife and 2 children stayed for 4 nights. When we booked in we were warmly welcomed and as we had 2 young children upgraded to a room which was close to the restraunt.
We found the hotel to be very clean, the staff very friendly and had a fantastic atmosphere. We ate at the hotel on 2 nights, which was an international buffet. It offered good variety and the children enjoyed the puddings!
The open fire in the main bar is beatufiul to sit by when having an evening drink. You have plenty of opportunities to see Disney characters, you have two every day for photo opportunities and you also see them in the shop, restaurant or wondering around the hotel.
Just be aware we found the pool very cold which was a shame because it was a lovely pool.
We really enjoyed our stay here, and through the booking found our Disney experience very well organised and stress free.

Room Tip: Try and stay within the main hotel building.

Good hotel, booked a Montana room which was clean & comfortable.
Hotel is about 10 walk to the bars and restaurants and another 5 minutes to the parks.
15 minutes walk from the train station and easy walk with roll along bags.
Nice bar and lounge but Wi-Fi only available in public areas which isn't good when there's only 2 English TV channels in the rooms.
No complaints at all really and a good VFM good if you cant get into the main Disneyland hotel or want a cheaper option.

Have not long returned from a great 4 night stay at the sequoia lodge! great location! Montana rooms ok! fairly good size, bit of a pain with 2 double beds as kids have to share and not so ideal for son and daughter, they weren't too impressed. At peak times during school holidays definitely take the half board option and pre book your restaurants, this worked great and we never had to wait. Queues at disney were long but this is to be expected at half term! If fastpass is available on a ride I highly recommend it!! Swimming pool in the hotel is ok but freezing cold and too deep for little ones, there are arm bands provided which is good but just beware if your children are very young that you will have to watch them in the pool!!!! Breakfast at the hotel was ok, bit of a wait and very crowded, a bit like a school canteen, we chose to eat out one of the mornings instead...... Overall a fantastic trip and we would return to the sequoia but would look to upgrade our room I think......

Room Tip: If you have children not willing to share a bed then this could be a problem unless you look to see if they can offer any other room types, Montana Rooms are nice but have 2 double beds which didn't work for us really.....
