Stayed here 11-15 November. We were staying in one of the lodges. First thing I notices when I got to the lodge was laundry strewn all over the entrance way. Rooms were being cleaned at the time but surely staff could clean as they go!
Room was spacious and tv channels were ok for entertaining kids. Only real gripe about the room was that there were no tea/coffee making facilities. (We bought a cheap kettle in the hypermarket in Val D'Europe and brought back to room).
Breakfast was great. Not too busy. Not the biggest selection in the world but what was there was great.
The hotel bar was good too. Lovely fire to sit at and have a drink. Some of the drink prices seemed excessive, €10 for a Baileys, and the food wasn't great but the atmosphere and decor made up for it.
The hotel is only a 15 min stroll to the entrance to disneyland so it's great to be able to come and go as you please.
Overall it's a good hotel but nothing better than a value Disney hotel in Florida. If you don't want a pool (which is quite cold and doesn't have a shallow end for kids) save some money and book the Cheyenne hotel instead. More
