Hotel is nice but no goody bag for Priority Club member. Good workout room and pool/hottub area. Outside smells like money (cattle!), but it's to be expected since Hereford is the Cattle Capital!!

A very nice place to stay--a nice, clean, well-maintained facility with excellent service, a nice pool, and a great breakfast. The only drawbacks were--no popcorn on the weekends! And, the jacuzzi was not real warm. But, it still felt good after a long drive!

Room Tip: We had a queen suite which had 2 queen beds with an extra area with a sofa bed. It was good for our...

Stayed one night visiting relatives in Hereford. Comfortable Queen beds. We stayed on second floor room also had a seperate room with sleeper sofa and TV. Wow. Apparently during the night kids running the halls on 3rd floor was a bit aggravating at midnite but didn't report finally got to sleep. Staff at the breakfast were very nice and the area was very clean. Eggs omlete style, biscuits n gravy, sausage patties and sliced ham, pancakes were all the hot foods. very good coffee. Very nice and informative check in and check out. Great steak place called Dakotas in front and apparently a good cafe across the street that the locals like with a breakfast buffet and a lunch. The town has a Walmart of good size and a CVS all on hwy 385 within mile of hotel. Will stay again if in town.

The staff was very warm and welcoming upon arrival! Management did a great job extending there hospitality beyond regular hours. The General Manager personally greated us at the door and made sure we were comfortable with our stay. The staff went above and beyond there call of duty.

I was happy to find this HIE in such a rural area, as I had business in a nearby smaller town with no accomodations. This property is very well kept and has all the amenities that you expect from a newer HIE. It isn't an older property that has been turned into a HIE. Breakfast was plentiful and filling, with southern biscuits and gravy available. Tea and coffee were avaible during off hours. My room had a microwave and mini refrigerator, plus in-room coffee. You can walk to a few restaurants. Front desk staff gave suggestions for meals and directions as needed.

Stayed a night at the HIE in Hereford,Texas. What a great hotel, much nicer than expected in such a small town. Wonderful, clean room. They had a happy hour/reception set up for guest!!! There is a very good steakhouse in front of the hotel which kept me from having to get back in the car and the steak was very good. Will deffinately stay here again.

Very pleasant experience. Had never seen this one before: HIE guests are temporary members at the Hereford Country Club (order the ribeye). Would also recommend swimming at HCC instead... Diving boards, water slides, kid pool. The chlorine in the hotel pool was at an intense level.
