We have eaten here a handfull of times in the last year, and I can tell you...if you love Red Robin---go to another location. The restaurant is almost always empty
, when we have been there. The service is good, but the food is not. Today was the last straw. My husband and I both ordered teriyaki chicken sandwiches, and neither one had a drop of teriyaki. I had to walk into the kitchen, to find someone to get me some...which is still not the same as a chicken breast cooked with it. Ugh. When I opened the bun to put the teriyaki on it, the bottom of the chicken breast was burnt and crispy. My husband's was as well. This location is hard to get to, and the quality of the food is terrible, and only getting worse. Also--don't let our kids put money in the little coin operated toy machines. 50% of the time, they just take the quarters and don't dispense anything. We have brought this to staff attention numerous times, and they don't even put an 'out of order' sign on them.
