Took a group of 7 - it was great. don't miss the bruschetta. LOVED thier twist on it - steak and balsamic - yum The waiter offered to make an appetizer plate for us which was great! Don't miss the new fashion old fashion. I had the blackeyed lemon drop (no peas - blackberries) For dinner,I had lamb - it was 6 chops!! Also, split the wedge with another diner and it was the perfect amount since we had the appetizers. I can't remember what everyone had but I do know that at least two got the surf and turf and liked it. The waiter was very knowlegeable and attentive, a little strong on the upselling, and in his descriptions of everything used the word "Tasty!" Is was funny and charming although we didn't choose the 300 big bottle of wine he recommended. After, we went outside to finish our wine on their great patio, he came out to check on us again. Great job and great food. I would go back.

Got the chance to eat here while working with a group in Dallas. Over 20 people at dinner and service and quality could not have been better! I had the ribs with sauce on the side and then added to the amount I liked. I let others try and they all loved them also. Additionally we had filet, amazing calamari, bruchetta, ... all was great.

Excellent atmosphere, service and food. We were drawn by the menu as they had several fish options to choose from. The calamari was a hit. The only criticism I have was that there was not any fresh bread offered, which was missing on the seafood pasta dinner.

This is a surprisingly large restaurant. It is pretty loud when it is busy. I would recommend the porch area when you can get it. The food is solid. Seafood is well prepared. My friend liked the ribs. The ahi tuna appetizer is sushi grade, but the topping is so strong, it overwhelms the funds. The Mac and cheese was much improved with a bit of salt and pepper.

Only once before in my life have I had such a consistently terrible experience.

I was on a business trip. Because there were 8 of us, we made reservations. When we arrived at the restaurant, we were told there there was no table for us, though there clearly was a large open table. We were seated at a six-person booth with two chairs pulled up directly behind the live entertainment. The 8 person table remained empty our entire stay.

Drink and appetizer orders were made. The waiter had to be flagged down, as two of the drinks were awful and he never followed up. He was clearly not trained in making wine choices or discerning preferences. Replacement orders were made.

After more than 30 minutes, the waiter was flagged down and entree orders were made. The salads were served to the wrong people. Once that was settled, one had to be sent back because the request (no bacon) was not heeded.

Entrees were served. Two people had surf & turf, and both steaks were cold. (The scallops were superb.) Two had fish. Both the trout and the seabass were of below average quality. One person had duck. He took one bite, made a face, and wouldn't even eat the vegetables around it. One person had a headache triggered by the loud music and ate about 3 bites. The rest just ate in relative silence and shook our heads.

We had to flag the waiter down for refills on water and also for our ticket.

The person who recommended the restaurant to us went to visit another party that he had also encouraged to come. They were a smaller party, but had a very similar experience with cold food.

We complained to the manager twice. He offered us free dessert. We refused. The person who ordered duck wasn't charged for his meal, but the rest of us left our food on the table, horrified at the experience and that no one cared.

We were a mix of travelers, and they managed to lose all of us. They cost themselves thousands of dollars via person in our group with the black credit card who routinely wines and dines high-dollar clients in the area. Most of the rest of us were middle to upper middle-class and acutely aware that the neighborhood Chili's or Applebee's was far superior to what we had.

Don't waste your time. Whataburger would have been quieter, more friendly, and probably better.
