Went for a concert, but arrived early for the horse races. The races were great. It was my first time to watch horse races and I had a really good time doing so. But after that...eh, not so much. The concert itself was good. We could hear well but could hardly get near enough to the stage to be able to see much. People out here are loco. Drunk, loud, and chaotic. Many were hammered before the show even started. You know the park makes money hand over fist on beer because they ran out of a few brands and the majority of people there were drinking (seemingly regardless of age...). Control of the crowd and the vending areas was almost non-existent. If your a person who enjoys the music part (not just the getting plastered part) of a concert, I would highly recommend not going here to see someone extremely popular amoungst the youth... But the races are neat. (Smilie face)!
