“Kids had a great time, kinda expensive”
Reviewed February 28, 2011

All of the dino stuff was cool and the kids had a good time at the playground... we were finished in less than 2 hours making us wonder if it was worth the entrance fee, 68$ for 6 of us, was worth it... I guess it a must see if you drive to Glen Rose to go to the state park, When in Rome....

“Good for the kids”
Reviewed November 29, 2010

Went here with my 7 yr grandson. It was mildly amusing. It has about 1/2 mile walk (on concrete) with fiberglass (?) dinosaurs along the path. We took turns reading the plaques about the different kinds. He really enjoyed the "Fossil Digging" in sand and browsing the gift shop. Not sure it's worth the entrance fee!

“Loved Dinosaur World!”
Reviewed August 3, 2010

My little girl loved Dinosaur World, and I must admit, I was pleasantly surprised. Everything was decorated in dinosaur motiff.... from the entrance to the trash cans to the mural in the rest rooms, it was amazing! There was a huge gift shop that offered a little bit of everything... toys, clothes, jewelry, even wall sized fossils! We got there just in time for the fossil dig to start, but we were disappointed that you could only keep three of them. The trails were very nice with concrete walkways. The dinosaurs were behind rope barriers and there was a large stone plaque in front of each dinosaur exhibit that described that dinosaur. There were also stepping stones to stand on for photo ops. I was amazed at how lifelike most of the dinosaurs looked! About halfway through the walk, we came upon a nice koi pond with a fish food dispenser, so be sure to bring quarters. The fish were beautiful and it was neat the way they had dinosaurs 'drinking' from the same pond. We ended the walk with a trip to the Gift Shop!!
