Pulled into Pruitt's, coming into Gatesville, to get gas, the parking lot was full and folks were parked all out on the grass. I told my wife, "All these people are here for something, go in and see what they got." She came back out and said they had alot, they did, the place was packed with farmers, mechanics and corrections officers. They had several tables and a menu a mile long, everything from gas station eggrolls, burritos and poppers to fresh made hot and cold sandwiches, burgers, fries etc. Stop in, order up something and have a chat with a farmer, my wife did. Loved Pruitt's. just like the old country store we used to have at home.
