I used to eat there quite often, but have found that some of their dishes are mass prepared off-site and are not very good, so I do NOT order those dishes, or I ask if they can prepare it fresh. I guess I keep going back as sometimes it is still very good food for the money; but there is no real consistancy. So you sometimes have to politely complain to get their attention.
What I have started doing in some cases when the item comes out looking very 'poor' is to ask for the Manager and point to the picture on the Menu while asking, "What is this?"! And when they answer I then point to what is on my Plate and asking, "And what is this?" At this point they usually get the idea, and I politely tell them that I want one that looks like the picture. They were able to prepare it once, please do it again.
I think the biggest problem is their corporate edicts. I think other customers have figured that out also, as the place used to be packed, and now it is never more than half filled at any time, at best.
So if you guys are reading this, tell corporate to take a hike, fix everything there using the best quality you can get, and you still have the ability to be GREAT once again.
