“Good food slow service”
Reviewed October 26, 2012 via mobile

We stopped here since many of the restaurants were closed. The food was very good, however the wait was horrible for an empty restaurant,i would not go here if you are in a time crunch.

“Average seafood”
Reviewed October 23, 2012

The atmosphere is unbeatable. Amazing view of the ocean if you eat outside and right across the street from the pleasure pier. The day I went it was really busy so service was not great and it took a long time to get our food and drinks. The menu seems to be all fresh seafood so yes it is kind of pricey. I ordered a pina colada and the crab cake sandwich. The drink was very good but kind of pricey (7.99). The crab cake sandwich was fresh and you could taste the spices but I did not like it on the bun. Way too much bread, I didn't eat it. My sister had the coconut shrimp which I tried and it was really good. Crispy, and kind of sweet.

“Food was good!”
Reviewed October 15, 2012

We enjoyed the raw oysters, but we found the fish a bit salty for our tastes.
The deserts were excellent.
We ate at Fish Tales several times.

“Excellent Catfish”
Reviewed October 12, 2012

The food was very good, the margaritas good and priced right doing happy hour. Service was good. Prices seemed a little high. Ambiance was excellent. We sat out on the balcony, watch the ocean, the people and the rides on Pleasure Pier.

“Average seafood”
Reviewed October 10, 2012

One of the Landry's seafood companies. It just happens to be on the seawall blvd with a nice view. Food is good just like any Landry seafood joint that you visited. A little pricey but that is the norm on the beach.
