Snuggled in a residential neighborhood near the medical center, this spot follows a medical motif in its decor (naturally) and also replicates the atmosphere of a 1920s Galveston speakeasy.
Obviously, I like the look and feel of the place. Food and service were both fine
A grill, not a full-service restaurant, with tasty sandwiches and finger food. The tropical burger is juicy and sweet, and a little larger that your average burger. Very satisfying. Sides were good.
Service was competent and reasonably prompt. The manager was on the floor, checking on how things were going.
We'll be going back when we go down to the East End again.
