Cozy place off the beaten path. The food was awesome. We had a "pearl oyster po boy" and a pearl salad with blackened shrimp.
Both were out of this world.
M-F 4pm-7 they have happy hour for oysters on the half shell.
We will definitely be back.

Went on a Friday night and the place was packed, but we got a table for two in just a few minutes. My husband ordered oysters on the half shell and he said they were very good. He had fried shrimp and said it was good. I had the Oysters Rockafeller and they were very yummy! Will eat here again upon returning to Galveston.

We went twice in 4 days in Galveston to this restaurant. We like seafood and fish. And this was the perfect location. We had the oysters (hot) as appetizers: once with the spinach, the other time the oyster combo: both times perfect. We also ordered the flunder: they serve the whole one - perfectly broiled! And all this at reasonable prices.
Small location and not too many tables.

Came in during HH. Decent oysters. Calamari is no bueno! We read all the great review decided to try it. If it weren't for HH prices I would have been rather pissed. Bartender sucks. Food is on the suck to average scale. Maybe we just order wrong things off menu.

We were a group of six who were starving and looking for a restaurant near the strand where we had been shopping. They have a corner location just a couple of short blocks off the Main Street of the Strand. We had just a short wait at the bar until our table was ready - not a large place but a nice cozy bar and grill. The food was good with very large portions. Atmosphere was good with glass all around - parking was right on the street with us doing that right across the street.
