Description: Opened in January 1998 by Jorge and Antonio Oyervides and a friend, Frank Diaz, Salsas Mexican & Seafood Restaurant is their first restaurant, though the three have been in the restaurant business for more than 24 years. Salsas is located at 4604 Seawall Boulevard - and features plenty of parking, a breathtaking Gulf view from our enormous outdoor patio, and beautiful sunshine. Our fine Mexican restaurant is bright, clean and colorful. Each table features two tantalizingly-different salsas, along with crispy, light tortilla chips. The menu offers traditional Mexican dishes like chicken or beef fajitas, enchiladas and burritos, plus some not-so-traditional platters such as seafood with a south-of-the-border flair. We invite you to savor your favorite dish and enjoy our frothy, refreshing margaritas. Happy Hour is Monday thru Friday from 3pm to 7pm. Salsas offers a daily Lunch Special from 11am to 3pm Monday thru Friday. Pickup orders are welcomed; simply call ahead. We look forward to serving your entire family!Salsa's Mexican Restaurant offers a breathtaking Gulf view from our enormous outdoor patio, and beautiful sunshine. Enjoy our colorful, delicious Mexican food along with a frothy, refreshing margarita.

We had just gotten off a cruise and were on the post vacation high when we found this place. Having been taken care of so well on the cruise we were sure we would come crashing back to reality at this restaurant. We were terribly wrong. Amazing service, selection, food, portions, everything. We started our journey home with a full belly and still feeling spoiled.

So far:
A very spacious restaurant and great service! Our servers switched at the beginning of our visit and both seemed very attentive to our needs!!! Our waiter is telling us just how big the meals are, answering any questions we have asked, and the food was great! Everything tasted great and very big proportions (: couldn't have asked for a better Mexican restaurant to eat at around here! Ask for john!

I love this restaurant, great food great servers but my first bartender was awful which was maite was to busy texting and taking care of other customers and only came to ask for our drink order one and food and never came back to ask if everything was ok or for if we needed refills so the other bartender pastrana had to take over and gave us the best service I've been here for years and recommend locals and tourist to come by .

Although it's great that you left with such great memories, it's a shame to hear that your first server was inattentive. I'm sorry about that, Lesly, but I'll speak to everyone about it to make sure we're on the right track. In the meantime, I'm glad you loved our dishes, and I hope you'll give us another chance to wow you again soon!

All the best,
Frank, Owner

We originally were going to go to a Mexican restaurant closer to our hotel, however it was PACKED, so we ended up at Salsa's - it was busy too, but WELL worth the 20 minutes wait. The food was FANTASTIC and great portions - we had lunch for the next day too. Reasonable prices, great variety on the menu. The staff were wonderful, friendly and doting!! Great experience all around - would recommend to anyone in the area!

Inexpensive Mexican food.
Nice place...roomy. Would say its good for kids too!
Service was really good.
Food came out fast (not sure if that's good or bad :)
Chips and salsa were good.
Overall a good spot to stop...it's not fancy but casual.
