We have enjoyed eating here for 20 years. When Michael and later his wife ran it they clearly took pride in making the humble hamburger a quality and interesting meal. The service was great and attention to customer satisfaction was a priority in our experience. Now after several recent tries we realize there are new owners intent on increasing the profit margin at the expense of customers. The food is ordinary and tastelss. Recently we questioned our orders of the same hamburgers we have enjoyed for years and were met with argument and personal remarks. This combined with the poor quality food makes it necessary for West Enders and visitors to seek alternatives. A better solution would be for the current ownership to return to the high quality and service.
