The price we paid was full price without buying the Texas state park pass for $70. There is a daily entrance fee to this park of $5 per person per day on top of the $25 a day fee. For the money I would not recommend this park. Yes it is ocean front but very exposed to the elements, ie no trees for shade. It rained for the duration of our stay so the beach was pretty well a non event for us. The bathrooms are ok, hot water but could be a bit better maintained. Our check in experience was not the best, the staff member was very abrupt and not very helpful. She was there to do a job but she had no passion. The park is a considerable distance from any shops or services and sites do not have sewer hook up.
