Nice little museum. It will take about an hour to walk through and the planes are well maintained; they have been restored and cared for by the volunteers and staff. The layout is simple and it makes touring these aircraft at your own pace easy and carefree. Photography is allowed in the museum. The price for entry is reasonable.

We've visited the museum several times over the past few years. My husband and I both have taken flights offered there. It's a wonderful experience! We are sorry to see them leave Galveston but look forward to all the wonderful things in store at Ellington Field.

We had a blast! Lots of planes and informational plaques. Definitely worth it for the money, especially if you need something to get out of the heat!

HOWEVER, I did read something that indicated JULY 15, 2017 is their last day of operation at this location. They will be moving to Ellington Airport in the Houston area.

I will definitely be taking my kids to the new location when it opens!

Was reasonably priced and had several old world war II planes. Enjoyed reading about the planes and the men who flew and fought.

The other reviews are accurate, it takes about 1 hour to see everything. Some history lesson opportunities for the younger kids
