“Tasty crawfish”
Reviewed March 14, 2013

After spending a few hours walking around at Oysterfest where the food and booze was way too expensive we stopped here for an early dinner. The crawfish boil on the patio they were promoting caught our eye and it didn't disappoint. For $11.99 we got 2lbs of crawfish plus corn, sausage, potatoes and onions. We're not crawfish connoisseurs by any means but we thought it was tasty and great value for the money. Service was very good but it wasn't busy when we visited, we were there in between the lunch and dinner rush.

“Another great little find in Fulton”
Reviewed February 24, 2013

Had a nice dinner here while birding in Fulton. Nothing fancy but very good food for the price. We had the grouper and also the mixed grill and enjoyed both. Always appreciate when seafood places do grilled instead of just fried food.

“Good food, fun place!”
Reviewed February 24, 2013

My husband and I spent the weekend in Rockport for our 25th anniversary. We had some trouble trying to figure out where to eat dinner on a Saturday night. We stayed right across the street from Hammerhead's and we could see the parking lot filling up, so we gave it a try. We were pleasantly surprised. It's casual, but the staff was very friendly and attentive. Fried shrimp were quite good and a generous portion. The lobster bisque was tasty...only minor complaint about it was that there was very little lobster meat in it. Other than that, great place and reasonably priced. Give it a try!

“What happened?”
Reviewed February 21, 2013

When Hammerheads changed hands last year the food seemed to improve as well. It then seemed to go downhill. The service staff seemed a little too young to handle their jobs professionally and that can hurt. It needs to appeal to a broader age range to be a successful family restaurant.

“Hammerhead's for lunch. Good stuff!”
Reviewed February 14, 2013

This was a real nice meal, they have dailey lunch special, which we passed on and ordered off the menu. Started with lobster bisque and gumbo. Bisque was very good, very rich, with lobster and baby shrimp. Gumbo was spicy, but good. Lots of sausage. We both ordered fish, mahi-mahi grilled for me and fish platter for my hubby. The fried grouper was a bit mushy, but everything else made up for it. My plate was excellent. Service was good, very friendly. Would absolutely return.
