The room was spacious; all the facilities were excellent and the staff was corteous and helpful. Parking was free and Wifi was complimentary. The scenery overlooking golf course was wonderful. All facilities were more than adequate.
The only issue I had was that the Legacy Grill was closed; on Friday night! The only dinner service was either in-room or at the bar. So, I ended up walking to a nearby restaurant for a good sit down dinner. Breakfast service was ok.

Spent 3 nights at this facility. Room was clean and well appointed. Safe in the room for valuables. Was there for a conference, conference food was above average for a large gathering. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Never did touch the lobby door as someone always rushed to open it for you. Bar was busy every night. I would stay here again when in the area.

This is a beautiful hotel with great service from the time that you arrive until the time you leave. It is very quiet and in a beautiful area of the city.
Our room was fabulous and very large. I did say that I was happy to pay for an upgrade to a garden view, but there was a bit of a mix up and I didn't get it, but it really didn't matter because I was in the room for such little time anyway.
If you are from out of town please be careful driving here as you will more than likely be directed to take a toll road and then once on it you have no means of paying it at the time and if in a rental car you will be faced with a hefty admin fee in addition to the cost of the toll. This is a hazard that lots of people have problems with. It isn't the hotels fault though!
I went swimming in the pool which was lovely after a hard day sightseeing. There were plenty of large fluffy towels poolside. No drinks service though. While we were there anyway.
I could have done with a slightly larger shop to buy forgotten essentials but I think that this was being renovated.
Overall a great stay and very friendly staff.

Chose the Caesar Salad with Shrimp, and a perfectly made Bulleit Rye Manhattan
Overall, lunch was a good value for a Westin property.
I was also at the property for a group event, and the catered food and service was very good.

We came to Dallas to go to the Cowboys' game w/ friends and family & to celebrate my FIL's b-day.
Our BIL recommended this hotel in Frisco, as it's very close to his home and not far from the airport (20min.)
We found the hotel to be very nice, the staff friendly and helpful, the front door staff are always there to help with the stairs, doors, luggage etc. The rooms were comfortable- we were upgraded to the 5th floor w/ a view of the golf course due to being SPG members (sign up!)
There's a nice bar, restaurant, and a Starbucks coffee shop on sight. There's not a complimentary breakfast but they did offer a buffet for $19 that included an omelet station and lots of other things as well. There was a wedding going on while we were there, outside - seemed very nicely done - cocktails on the terrace overlooking the course- they seemed pleased. On Monday, the crowd seemed to shift to mostly business people. The lobby is nicely set up to provide lots of different little seating areas for people to work, hang out, whatever.
The hotel is also walking distance to some other restaurants etc. We would definitely stay there again!
