Lynn and Kevin were outstanding hosts. Absolutely the best breakfast in Fredeicksburg. Very cozy cottage and gardens. We definitely will be back. Bob E. Selma, TexasMore

Our host and hostess could not have been nicer or more helpful. The rooms were spotless. The grounds were beautiful. The food was WONDERFUL! We look forward to staying these nice people again.
Lynn was a fantastic hostess. We stayed in the cottage with total privacy and enjoyed all the conveniences of home. We enjoyed the interaction with other guests during the fabulous breakfasts. Fredericksburg offers so many choices of things to do and we had a great time. Lynn was also very helpful with advice on things to do.
Will definitely stay there again. Wonderful experience!
Thank you! I hope we always provide our guests with the conveniences and necessities of home, but good information about their vacation spot! We've learned a lot about our area in the 18 years we've been innkeepers.
Last week I stayed two nights at this fine B&B. Everything was fine, including the classy breakfast and the hospitable owners. I even had a cat to talk to out in the yard!
Thank you Eric!
I hope the rest of your trip is going well as you traverse the country. You are so fortunate to be able to do that! Enjoy the journey..
Everything was wonderful! The breakfast was delicious and the innkeepers accepted us like family. The B&B was about a five minute drive from Main Street and it was very cute and homey.
Spent two nights at Das Garten Haus on our recent trip to Texas. Lynn greeted my wife and I by name as soon as we pulled in the driveway. We were welcomed inside where we met her husband Kevin and were shown to our suite. We stayed in the Garden Suite, which was well decorated and clean, with fresh cookies waiting for us on the kitchen table. As mentioned many times on TripAdvisor, Lynn's breakfasts each morning were incredible and kept us fueled to explore all Fredricksburg had to offer. The Nimitz Museum is a must see, exceeding many of the museums in Washington D.C. If you visit the town mid-week, many restaurants are closed Tuesday and/or Wednesday, but thanks to Lynn's comprehensive list of local recommendations, we found a great meal at the Navajo Grill. All around, a great stay with great hosts!
