We were pleased with both the service and the food at Andy's . Prior reviews criticized the wait, but our server was prompt and attentive. I did notice that one couple came in, sat down and when a server did not come immediately, left - way too impatient. My husband chose the $18 seafood buffet which I thought was indeed pricey but had lots of offerings. I ordered the chicken fried steak and was not disappointed. Also, the salad bar featured many choices. Andy's does not offer gourmet cuisine, but we had an enjoyable meal.

Our large group enjoyed our dinner. We had a fixed menu option of four items. I didn't talk with anyone who had the broiled chicken or fried catfish, however the Chicken Fried Steak did not meet expectations- tough and not a good cut of meat. The jaegerschnitzel was praised by all even if oversalted. The german potato salad was also a hit and the closing peach pie was excellent.

We ate here a couple of years ago when in town so decided to try it again. I'd rate just 'ok'.....have definitely had worse. We both had the buffet and the salad bar is included. Not an extensive salad bar but definitely plenty to choose from. A lot of deep fried seafood but then also some baked as well and peel and eat shrimp. Buffet is $18 a person (excluding dessert) so a little pricey but we came away having more than enough to eat. A delicious hot roll is brought to your table, and we had a very pleasant waitress who kept the iced tea glasses full.

We will not eat at this place again. Admittedly it has been a little over a year since our last visit. That time, one of us had the breakfast buffet and one ordered off the menu. That seemed to confuse the server. We requested an english muffin and it never arrived even after asking twice. The server was indifferent and the food was not that good. We will not go there again as there are many places in town that have wonderful food and service.

There were 16 of us, and there was no problem giving individual checks. Food was excellent, tasty, lots of selections. The buffet gave each person an opportunity to have food he or she preferred.

Deserts were wonderful, steaks were tender, salad bar was extensive.
