“She Said Yes!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 6, 2013

I asked my fiance to marry me on top of Enchanted Rock, and she said yes! Gorgeous place to visit with the one you love!

Only downside was the disastrous parking situation... took the park almost 90 minutes to process a line of about 40 cars... get there early, otherwise you are in for some waiting around.

“Worth The Drive From Fredericksburg”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 3, 2013

Given the many rolling hills, ranches and live oak trees in the area, these formations were a total change--and a surprise. We were fascinated and can recommend that visitors make the half-hour or so drive up from Fredericksburg. We were told that like Australia's Ayers Rock, the Enchanted Rocks have a religious significance. And although we didn't check it out, it looks as if visitors can camp and picnic here. Bring your camera: you'll want to take pictures.

“Beautiful and Fun!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 3, 2013

I loved this park!!!! It was gorgeous!!! We took the summit trail and went all the way to the top. My husband and I thought it was even more scary coming down because of the steepness. We will be going back and we will do the trails next instead of just the hike perhaps.

“Gorgeous view”

This was my first trip and well worth it. The view from the top was gorgeous. Plan to spend awhile there so you can enjoy the climb and the view.

“Carefull”

Maps not easy to read. As it gets very hot take a lot of water and concentrate on where you are going. Maybe we were just rubbish at following maps.... worth the visit
