I stayed here last weekend for a wedding. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and new the hotel was. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice, it would have been better to have more fresh fruit available, but the town itself had only one small grocery store so I can see the problem with that. The reason this I rated this hotel a 4 out of 5 was is more of a corporate issue than a local issue. For one, the name of the hotel is Best Western Inn and Suites. This is a misnomer. There are no suites. There is one "apartment" (this is what the staff calls it) that is a two room suite very nice and roomy. It is a suite with one king bed. For the price of $149 a night (a price close to the price I pay for a suite in Destin, FL or D.C. metro area) I would think there would have been two queen beds versus one king bed. It would make sense that a family needing the suite needs the bed space. Overall I was happy with the hotel, but a two night stay cost me $344, which is in my opinion is way too costly for this area and this hotel.
