“Wish they Still Had Buffet Breakfast”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 8, 2013

Stopped by Sunday at Noon - for Breakfast - Some years back they had a Breakfast Buffet but no longer - that was the Good Old Days. Was quickly seated. We both got the 2 egg / bacon breakfast - moderately price but didn't hurt - Wife got hers with a biscuit (Not like a rock - maybe more like hardened clay). I got mine with coffee (about third of the price of meal), toast & extra gravy. I ask if toast would be buttered before ordering and was assured it would be - It was - slightly. Eggs, hash browns, and gravy were tasty. I traded some of my toast for half of wife's biscuit. Some graves fixed it up a bit. Staff friendly and waitress came by frequently with coffee pot. Coffee was pretty decent (had a good taste). The 2 bacon slices we each received were not huge but were tasty and nice and crispy (good stuff). My advice - avoid the biscuit - your disposition will improve. We enjoyed our time together at the Snooty Pig Café.

“Good (not Great) Place for Breakfast”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 30, 2013

We hadn't been to the Snooty Pig in Alliance in awhile and came back for breakfast. It is in a strip shopping center and parking is generally not an issue. Came in and the host made us wait almost 5 minutes before getting seated, although there was ample seating available. After eating there, my guess is that he was trying to space out the orders for the kitchen; however, would have preferred the wait at a table.

Trish, our waitress was friendly and efficient. Kept an eye on our table and never had an empty glass.

Our food was hit or miss. Hubby had the southern style Eggs Benedict. The advertised :fluffy" biscuit was anything but..get toast instead. Only served with one egg. Hashbrowns were overcooked on the outside were out of this world good on the inside. Gravy was ok. He never got the fruit that should have come with the order. A side order of toast took forever to get to the table.

My eggs and gravy were cold. Bacon and hashbrowns were overcooked but were hot.

Inside, appreciated the last of kitsch and the homey feel but the place needed to be swept around the entry way.

In short, appears there are kitchen problems but the food was ok and the prices reasonable.

“Like a mini-vacation!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 16, 2013

We visited the Snooty Pig again today and I just wanted to add to my previous experience. We really enjoy visiting the "Pig" when we pass through Ft. Worth. The homemade cinnamon roll is huge, sweet and very tasty , The eggs benedict are luscious. Today I tried the french toast, eggs and bacon combo and it was really a good choice. The staff is so sweet and they can't pour for you enough coffee to please them. Everyone was so nice to my grandchildren and oohed and ahhed "appropriately" while giving us terrific service good food and a fun vacation-like atmosphere! So much fun!

“excellent!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 2, 2012

We've eaten here several times & anything you order is great!
The place is designed rather well with a homey feeling!
The Snooty Pig in north Fort Worth(by Alliance airport) is the best.
