Where to start…..so booked the one bed 690 sf suite for $450 a night. Pretty expensive but was going to celebrate a special event. When I showed up they did not have my reservation even though I booked directly through the hotel reservation line. And now there are no one bed suites remaining and all they can do is put me in a standard room. No apology whatsoever and the person checking me in was not the best at customer service. The room was fine but $260 a night on a Sunday in FTW is a little overpriced. Later in the evening we were stuck in the elevator for 10 minutes not great considering you are in a high rise. What a waste of time and money dealing with this hotel. There are plenty of hotels in the area why stay here.
