We had a great experience at this Embassy Suites from start to finish! We pulled up to the valet and were greeted promptly and courteously. They took our name, got us checked in inside, and had our bags brought up to our room so efficiently. The rooms are spacious and clean, but nothing particularly stands out about the decor (neither good nor bad) and there was only the view of a wall (not a big deal). Good hot water and water pressure, nice mini-kitchen in the living room, flat screens (2) with cable, comfortable beds and bedding, and an oh-so-quiet night's sleep! The other amenities include a complementary evening receiption (with snacks that could almost make a meal), an excellent breakfast, a Starbucks in the lobby, and free wi-fi that worked just fine from our room. The location is just right for Sundance Square. Be sure to visit the bookstore and cupcake bakery just around the corner. But let me finish with the best thing about this hote: the people. Every employee made us feel like the only guest in the hotel, and that won our hearts!

We have been staying at the Embassy Suites for the past several months, at least three days per week, and have experienced the best customer service and hospitality. I arrive every week off a redeye at 5am and Lora is always there to welcome me, no waiting at all. Not too mention in a great mood at the end of her shift. Every room is always impeccably clean and all of the staff are extremely courteous and easy going. The gym is open 24 hours, there are cookies every day and they've memorized my coffee order. Despite families and groups coming through, it is never noisy.

It's centrally located to great area restaurants at the center of downtown. We've stayed at the other hotels and always come back to the Embassy Suites.

Special thanks to Tammy, Emily, Taylor, Jeremy, Kodie, Anna, Monica, CJ, Jose, Nick, bartender at Thai Tina's (sorry, blanking on the name, perhaps the great drinks), but always plays great music and is super nice. You all are the best!

Cheers!
Evan

Room Tip: Rooms at either end of the hall are always quieter, rooms ending in 13 have the fewest windows.

Great service, great rooms, and great service. Only problem is lack of free parking. You have to pay valet, but this is the case with any downtown hotel. Very convenient to convention center and downtown restaurants and bars. Only a short drive to Ranger ballpark, Cowboy Stadium and Six flags.

I love this hotel. I have stayed here many times for both business and fun. Most recently I state there with my 3 year old. The staff was overly kind towards him an even gave him some special treats. I really can't say enough wonderful things about the staff here

My husband and I have had three conferences in Fort Worth this spring. As a loyal Hilton Honors member, we chose to stay at the Embassy Suites. Even though the hotel was not the closest Hilton property to the conference hotel. This hotel staff rocks! I told them it was like stepping into a Ritz Carlton hotel - greetings from the valet parking attendants, greetings from door greeters, greetings from the desk staff and quick to acknowledge our Diamond status with Hilton. Then we went to their happy hour and again were greeted with a cheery and helpful bartender and foodline staffer. Same with the buffet and made to order breakfast lines! They were very quick to pull our car around from the parking garage! We were so impressed that we booked the next two conferences at the Embassy. We are fans!

Room Tip: Ask for a room facing the downtown - beautiful architecture!
