Hubby and I are still on our roadtrip. Stopped here yesterday but they close early on Sunday. Went back tonight and the parking lot had quite a few cars for dining at 8:30 PM dining. They also have the same menu available on a drive thru.
Coldest beer around as schooners were straight from the freezer. We placed our order and Texas fries came to the table as an appetizer. It was a Monday all you can eat special so took advantage of it and ordered 3 meat combo. Hubby's ribs were fall off the bone and not at all dry. I can say that the ham was traditional restaurant grade ham with the rippled edges. Ham was flash grilled to heat. Lots of side dishes to pick from to accompany your main entree. Hubby order banana pudding for dessert and you could see he was in 'nirvana' as it tasted homemade.
