My husband and I enjoyed a lovely meal on our anniversary and took friends w us for the wonderful and perfectly balanced Bistro dinner. Our appetizer was a simple and perfectly seasoned tomato and spinach salad. Our entree was a delightful full bowl of mussels, perfect temperature and balance of seasonings w a Side of the most delicious pommes frites (French fries) we've ever enjoyed. The dessert was the tastiest sea salt caramel ice cream ever - and the suggest white wine for the table was impeccably chosen, though I had a tasty iced tea since I am a non drinker. Our server April was helpful and prompt (which we appreciated) and we had a surprise visit from the chef who was welcoming and informative about the food and selections.
Saint Emilion is one of the top Zagat rated restaurants in Dallas ft worth and totally deserves that top tier rating - a lovely and enjoyable experience and we WILL be back!
