Smoky salsa, queso, and tableside fresh made guac was fantastic. I ordered the ribeye, and it came done to perfection (medium rare), with great smoky flavor, big salt crystals, and just the right amount of pepper/spice. The only thing I wasn't impressed by were the skillet potatoes, I thought they were a little squishy and not seasoned well. I'm restricting carbs anyway, so it was far from a meal ruining experience, I think they could do a better job, though.
The hostess played along with a prank my coworkers played on me, and it was hilarious. The server was friendly and efficient.
