We were recommended this place by a barmaid from the nearby Flying Saucer(amazing selection of beer and great outdoor seating); she warned us about the price. We had two two exceptional starters ( crab cake and deep fried oysters) followed by two steaks (22oz bone rib and a 16 oz prime rib), four cocktails and a bottle of (the cheapest) red wine. The steak sauce and sides were all extra cost. Total bill was a touch over $300 but it was a meal like I've never had before nor do I think I'll have again. They explained how they cook the steaks and they have perfected this beyond belief.
If you for one special meal in Fort Worth then this is the place.

“Steaks and more”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 8, 2014 via mobile

We visited this restaurant last weekend when we were in Ft Worth. Out of a party of 6, I'm the only one who doesn't eat steak. This can sometime be a problem, since my family adores their steaks. A lot of steak places will offer a sub par chicken/fish dish. Imagine my surprise and delight to discover Del Friscos shellfish menu. In addition, there were 2 fish dishes, one pasta dish and a chicken dish. I had the red fish special of the day and it was wonderful. Be careful ordering side dishes because they are family sized. For dessert, I ordered the lemon cake which was perfect. It was light and creamy and huge--can easily be shared by 2 people. The steaks were perfectly cooked. Highly recommend their version of mashed potatoes (everyone loved them). The asparagus was perfectly cooked (many places I've been to either over cook the asparagus or serve them lukewarm). Will definitely dine at this establishment again.

Del Frisco's is such a great place. Great food, service
and ambiance. Best crab cake in the US and spectacular rib
eye steaks. Extraordinary
wine list. Expensive but worth
every penny!

Excellent steaks and seafood. Consistently great service. This is a no brainer for friends, family and business associates alike. It is not inexpensive, but worth it.

“great steak Over priced wine”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 28, 2014

This is a fantastic steak house by any stretch. It is a bit pricey and the service is not as good as some of the other steak houses. The one thing that makes me crazy is buying three glasses of OK wine and being hit with a $78 price for a wine that retails for $35 per bottle (small glasses) in Ca.
