This is a clean contemporary, bright fun place to hang out at a great bar restaurant located in vibrant cowtown Fort Worth. Service is friendly and prompt and the food is mostly locally sourced fresh and a creative remake of some standard dishes. Don't go expecting a multi page menu but a good selection of options sure to satisfy practically everyone!

We stopped by The Little Red Wasp late Sunday night. I will say that we were very glad they were open late on a Sunday, not many places downtown are, so that was a plus. Although I'm not sure if they will continue the late hours...there were only a few people inside and the hostess looked very surprised to see us. Small place, very nicely decorated, with an open kitchen and well set up bar. They have an extensive beer and wine list to choose from. Our waiter was very friendly and quick...sadly not terribly accurate. There are two appetizers to choose from-one is a queso with tortilla chips and the second a home made ranch with potato chips. We ordered the second one...but were brought the first. We didn't say anything, though, we enjoy queso. Well, we would enjoy it if it and the chips were not DROWNING in salt. Even my salt loving husband thought it was too much. We followed this with an order of cheeseburgers for both of us. The waiter is quick to point out that all the sandwiches are served a la carte...so you'll be paying more to buy a side. We chose to split an order of fries. So the waiter brings our hamburgers...but no fries, he forgot to put the order in for them. So we were halfway done with the burgers by the time the fries came out. He was apologetic but I thought that he should have offered to comp them at that point. He also came by to refill our water dishes at that point , had the water bottle in hand, and got distracted and left without doing it. Food was decent but was it a $10 hamburger? No. This place is quite pricey-I would have tried the Ahi Tuna sandwich instead but THAT was $19. FOR A SANDWICH. WITH NO SIDES. Overall not too impressed, doubt we'd make a return visit...unless it's a late Sunday night with no other option.

I visited LRW for both drinks and dinner on separate occasions. The drink menus is fairly extensive and all my drinks were good.

The dinner menu is a bit more limited but the entire table enjoyed their food. I had the friend chicken and was pleasantly surprised with how good it was. I'd definitely return.

We stopped by on a beautiful Sunday for brunch and were pleasantly surprised to find a fantastic restaurant! We later discovered that it is owned and operated by the owners of The Grace.

The quality of food as well as the service was wonderful! We had a hamburger with fries and a delicious egg dish. The sundae with warm chocolate sauce was very good also.

We look forward to returning one evening very soon to check out the bar. It looks like an enjoyable place to hang out and watch a game.

Nothing but great things to say. Great staff and amazing food. So fun, we went twice for lunch. Had the fish, burger and famous hot dog. I'd recommend them all.
