Go for the enchilada's, not for atmosphere. Have tried all of the enchilada's but my favorite are the brisket first, the chicken with mole (even though I am not a big mole fan) and the original cheese. Good chips and hot sauce and you can BYOB!

Found this place scrolling through FB where it was listed as 1 of the top 10 quesos in Texas. I looked it up and we headed over...its about a 30 minute drive for us! Amazing queso and food! Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Met the owner...she cooks all her sauces everyday! Do it..go...enjoy. The waitress made us order a chicken open face street taco and I'm glad she did! Amazing. Rice was good and perfect pinto beans.

We love supporting family owned businesses. We have frequently been here. But, after today's experience, we probably won't return. We had out of state family in and opted to come here for lunch. We arrived about 13:45. We were seated at a table while awaiting the rest of the family to arrive. Then, we were told we had to give up our table since not all the party had arrived. Next we were told the food order had to be placed though our guest were desperately trying to park. Their order was obtained by text even though they did not have a chance to look at the menu. However, by the time they entered, the order had not been place. 2of our party did not get their food until the rest of the party was half finished with their food. Our drinks were slow to be refilled. We did not have eating utensils. When they were brought, not everyone received them and had to ask more than once and wait to eat. The parking is woefully inadequate. We were forced to park across the street and cross a very busy, dangerous street. Someone will get injured unless this is addressed as there is no pediatrician crossings there. One we got up to the door, we saw a sign that there is parking in the back. If you go, park in back. The owner needs to put that sign by the street and it needs to be bigger since it is blocked when drivers go by the parking lot. The food was excellent, so that has not changed. However, 1/2 of our party was vegetarian and ordered accordingly. Later, we were informed they had, "run out of vegetables ". I wanted to just leave, but they opted to change their order. The food had so much cheese on it that those 3 were essentially unable to eat their meals. This was really a disappointment.

Thank you for taking the to provide your feedback.
We do apologize about not having a larger sign, which announces parking in the back, however the city ordinance does not allow the signs to be displayed close to the road. We've had them before and received a citation.
In lieu of your comment and disappointing experience, we have made changes to the front of our house (wait staff), so our customers, although a rare experience, will not have one like this again.
If you could please call me directly to further discuss or would be so kind to give us a try again, I will make sure you and your party have a better experience.
Again, I really appreciate you letting us know what we did wrong, so we can make it right.
Thank you,

The enchiladas were delicious. Tried the sampler platter and each one was better than the last! Will have to pick three more to try next time! As an added bonus, a street vendor was selling ice drinks at the restaurant, and I tried the mango chamoy ice. So good! He's there Friday night and has many many unique flavors to pick from. Yummy all around.

Wow! Come to Fort Worth off Sylvania for some bomb diggity brisket nachos, brisket enchiladas, cheese enchiladas, and wait for it.....chicken CURRY enchiladas with sour cream sauce. Wow! The rice was yummy also. Too bad it wasn't brisket rice.
