We had booked our wedding rehearsal dinner for 21 several months in advance. After many emails with and a meeting with the manager I had no concerns. Dinner was supposed to start at 7:00 and we were in a private room in the restaurant. The restaurant was not crowded and we did not spot more than 10 people in on a Friday night. After sitting it took too much time for drink orders. It then took way too much time to even place our food order and when the food finally arrived it did not all arrive together. Of the two chicken
choices more than half of them that my family and friends received were cold. Even though I was the bride and asked for coffee I never did get a fresh pot of coffee. This dinner did not end until 920. I had requested not last more than a hour.
Over all these experience was not
good, terrible food, the worst service I've seen. The dishes were over $20 a piece and not even worth that much. Not to mention dishes were barely cleared from the table after eating them. Even the salad bowl set there until after dessert was served.
The manager did not really seem to care and did not do anything to help. Everybody there including our family and friends were extremely upset and disappointed. Considering almost everybody spent $60-$150 for their family it was very upsetting that nothing was compensated. I would not recommend ever having any kind of special dinner there. Even though the Omni is fabulous and we had no problems with the hotel this restaurant is the worst I've been for a dinner!!!!
