Food is pretty much standard tex-mex. The enchiladas, tacos, beans and rice had no distinctive appeal except for the perfectly crispy fried shrimp in the shrimp tacos. The chili relleno was fried the same way as the shrimp and had a wonderful cheese filling. It was great to get a chili relleno that wasn't soggy.
The tortilla chips that come with the meal are fresh, thin and crispy. The accompanying salsa is more like a pico de gallo and a little salty. Service was prompt and courteous. The atmosphere is funky and eclectic.
We would go back for the rellenos and shrimp.
