If you're a fan of barbecue - no matter how you spell it - this one is worth your time...but bring your appetite. With a limited budget, a friend thought their all-you-can-eat $9.95 beef rib dinner was worth a try, so a few of us joined him...and were glad we did.
The beef ribs are slow- (but fully and deliciously) cooked, and just keep coming as long as you can keep eating. Unlike some 'all you can eat' restaurants, they only serve one (big!) side with the initial serving - after that, it's just meat.
Their pork and brisket are at least as good, the sides and salads are fresh, tasty, and prepared for a 'Texas-size' appetite. The waitstaff is young and enthusiastic, and attentive without 'hovering'.
I rarely make a habit of returning to a restaurant in a city with so many outstanding choices, but this earned an exception to the 'rule'...and if I find myself in Ft. Worth again, it's a place I intend to bring my friends.
