AH-MA-ZING!!! Have the fried oysters. I don't even like oysters but these are amazing! The drinks are also a hit, try the St. Caroline!

My husband and I are always searching for a great restaurant to try and thought we had found a new favorite at the Vault. Unfortunately we were disappointed during our last visit but we learned that our favorite server, Laura, had started working at Grace so we decided to give it a try. We were very impressed. The drinks were fantastic (I especially liked the Bosc Pear Martini and my husband loved the Gin Reviver) and our server, Jamie, was very knowledgable and attentive. We started with an appetizer special- Fried Green tomatoes, with housemade mozerella and aged balsamic. It was fantastic. My husband ordered a pear and blue cheese stuffed veal chop while I got the Diver Scallops. Both were cooked perfectly and had great flavor. We also ordered a side of microbrew onion rings. For dessert we each got a Rootbeer float that was made with rootbeer flavored vodka, it was the perfect dessert cocktail.
The room was lively but not too loud. A sommelier came up and greeted us and we met the chef. The meal was paced well and our water glasses never even got half-empty as the servers were constantly scanning the room.
We were told that on Mondays the restaurant has a $49 4 course special that includes wine pairings. We will definately be checking that out.
Our meal, with a shared appetizer, 2 entrees, a shared side, and 6 cocktails was $163 before tip. We are excited to have such a fine restaurant in Fort Worth, it's about time.
