This is a beautiful building that has housed some fantastic performances. We most recently visited for the Clieburn piano competition, but have also seen Spam-a-lot, White Christmas, a Cirque performance, and other musical projects. Almost every seat in the house offers a good view and great sound. There are multiple bars for you to visit before the performance and during intermission. You can also book the venue for special events like weddings. The criticisms are that the tickets can be pricey and the offerings are not always that great. However, we have enjoyed every time we have been there.

Bass hall provides a great venue to hear the Fort Worth Symphony as well as solo performers. Saw a Cello soloist without accompaniment. Seated in the upper row we could hear the performer as if he were standing right next to us. Even as he introduced the pieces in a normal voice, he came through loud and clear.

The outside of the building alone is beautiful, but the inside is even more amazing. There is no bad place to sit in the hall. Any opportunity you get to see a show in here is well worth it. The sound is amazing at all levels. If it's just a music concert, you can sit all the way at the very top and it sounds just as good as the orchestra section. If it's a show or play, still good, but try for the Mezzanine, or sides of the orchestra for a good price.

If you have the chance to see a play or enjoy a concert at the Bass Hall take advantage of the oppurtunity. It's amazing.

Spectacular event facility. Great concerts, beautiful building. Visit even if you are not attending an event.
