“Rusty Wallace Racing Experience”
Reviewed April 14, 2014

If you have a need for speed with no hassles then you must go drive a real race car on a real race track ........... and do it with Rusty Wallace Racing! I drove 10 laps on 4/12/2014 at TX Motor Speedway and turned the track in 45 seconds under the instruction prior of Scott and his team. The RW Team will teach you technique on the track, suit you up, provide a spotter on track to coach you and then get out of your way so the maximum fun can be had. You need only to be able to "hammer down" and stick the corners. Let's go racing with Rusty Wallace!

“If I wanted to watch a single file parade, I'd be an F1 fan”
Reviewed April 12, 2014

There is a significant problem when one lap after a Sprint Cup restart, 43 cars are running single file. The only thing that can make for an interesting race here is if they made the Sprint Cup drivers run Nationwide cars. The O'Rielly 300 was multiple cars wide and exciting, the Duck Commander 500 was a single file parade.

“Fantastic Racing Venue!”
Reviewed April 8, 2014

I have been to 3 different tracks for Nascar Sprint Cup races and Texas Motor Speedway has been by far the best - the staff including the ticket office are exceptional. The new Big Hoss TV is awesome with the ability to hear the audio over the substantial P.A. and then over the scanners or FM radio when the cars are running. The food/drinks are reasonably priced and the facilities are clean and well maintained. The staff did a great job of handling the rain-out of Sunday's race and provided great customer service. Kudos to a very well run operation -

“Excellent”
Reviewed April 6, 2014 via mobile

I have been to many races at TMS. It has always been a good, safe place to visit. I heard a story about a group leaving an unopened bottle of Crown outside at their tailgate area. It stayed unmolested at the site all weekend. That is the kind of people you will find at an IRL or NASCAR race. I have seen people that have drank too much, but I have never witnessed a fight. It is a great venue!

“Fun at 200 mph.”
Reviewed March 26, 2014

We have been enjoying the track for the last 4 years. Friendly folks and a well run place. Highly recommend bringing an RV and spending several days at the races. Lots of BBQing with a great group of people.
