One of the coolest things to do in Fort Wort in my opnion. Of course I am a huge history buff. This is the real deal, where cowboys were basicly born. Great shopping, food, drinks and historic attractions. I could live in a place like this. Hey, I may have to get a job here.

Our family reunion in Fort Worth was delightfully highlighted by our visit to the Stockyards. We could not believe how friendly and personable the cowboys were. They chatted with us and let us pet the horses. They were also very safety conscious, telling us where to sand and where to not stand to be safe from the long horn cattle. One of them posed with us for a picture and then took a picture of our group. The "cattle drive" was fun, and there are so many cute shops! Such a fun afternoon! We loved it.

a fun blast to the past with gunfight reenactments, good places to eat, shop, drink, a bit touristy but a 2 hr visit is fun

Good room. Comfortable room, Nice amenities. Good coffee. A bit light on the breakfast muffins. Really good value overall.
