Some of the best sushi in the DFW area is being served here in a very plain, simple looking restaurant in a strip mall near the Hulen Mall area of West Fort Worth. The menu is large and varied in that it is not all Japanese food but includes other Asian influences, primarily Chinese. This is not a bad thing. The crispy chicken starter is popular there and I can vouch why -- with bean sprouts and chopped greens, it is delicious. Sashimi and Sushi were all prepared traditionally but served with an artistic flair. Service was good, staff friendly and helpful, and there is a full bar. The ambiance is simple, formica table tops, bare floor, undistinguished lighting or decoration, but you go there for the food and you won't be disappointed.
