“Another Great Stay”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 23, 2014

We have stayed at the Hilton Anatole for years and have never had a bad experience. This trip was for business. The staff was friendly and always attentive. Check in was a breeze. We had a King Corner Suite which was nicely sized, very clean and very comfortable. The bathroom was very nice and had a great walk in shower. Make sure when booking or checking in to ask for a Tower Room. The Tower rooms are away from the convention and restaurant areas so even when there is a large group in the hotel you won't know it. Love the Anatole, will be back soon.

I stayed here for a training conference in early January and I must say the complaints from my unknown coworkers must be addressed ...the overbooking complaint was very likely the result of lack of communication from the conference sponsor to participants and expectations on time spent in Dallas. I believe that the Hilton handled the crisis with the utmost professionalism given the circumstances. This location is run with an eye for presenting a pleasing environment to all participants. Staff members were hard working, friendly and professional. The Facility is huge.. I repeat huge but quite lovely and has one of the nicest oriental art exhibits I've seen outside of China. I had a room in the Towers- it was impeccably clean and the beds are probably some of the most comfortable I've slept in. My only complaint was not having fridge for my delicious leftovers from MEDIA Grill (Get rid of the mini-bar)

Room Tip: No problem being near the Ice machine in the Towers, very quiet. Possible book a room away from the...

Stayed at the Hilton Anatole during the Light Show at the Dallas Market. It was great, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable, the gym was excellent, the staff was very helpful and the little Sushi Bar in the lobby was a delight after a long day at the Market. In the mornings we would catch the bus from the Anatole and zoom right over to the market and the same in the evening. My wife and I were very pleased.

We spent a couple of nights at the Anatole during a downtown conference. After a long day the first night we decided to stay at the hotel for dinner. We were served by Chris who was very friendly and attentive. Our food and drinks were quite good. But what we really enjoyed was Chris. The bar at the time wasn't very busy, so he spent extra time talking and giving us special attention. It made for a very nice, relaxing evening during our stay. We've always enjoyed staying at the Anatole in the tower rooms.

Stayed 5 times in the last 12 months. Overall a good hotel. But services (check in, breakfast for example) can be slow.
The Tower rooms seems nicer than the Atrium rooms.
If you have Lounge access, request a Tower room.
The HH Lounge is nice and has a good spread of hors d'oeuvre, but the staff could be friendlier.
Weekend crowd or Convention crowd can make the hotel noisy, especially in the Atrium.
Decent selection of foods and beverages.
Parking can be a pain (valet/self park) and is expensive.

Stayed for one night on business. The place is obviously huge - was relieved to get a tower room so I wouldn't have to walk a mile to a room in the atrium. Asian decor was interesting, but the room furnishings and some towels had very obvious stains. Very comfortable bed though, and super nice shower - bathrooms had nice decor that seemed more recent (and modern) than the rest of the room.
Breakfast in the atrium was standard hotel breakfast fare - poor quality, slow service, and you pay a lot for it. I'd go out for breakfast next time.
Don't miss the bar at "SER", the restaurant on the 27th floor of the tower - beautiful views at night, beautiful modern interiors, good (but pricey) cocktail menu. A cool feature is that they have a ton of old classic hood ornaments on display - too bad they don't have any of them labelled.
Overall, this was a convenient location, but I wasn't wowed by the rooms, restaurants, or staff.

I can't think of a nicer place to stay. I had a studio room and loved it. If you would like to have friends in there is plenty of room and seating for more than on or two people. When I return I would like the same room Clean and Quiet.
