We stayed here the night of our wedding and decided to go back this year. We had a wonderful time. The hotel is located close to shopping, AAC, and various attractions. The hotel is large and does charge for parking, but if you factor parking into the room price its not bad. Overall great place.

This is a big beautiful hotel. Check in was quick and efficient. I was in the tower wing and checked in at the main reception, so had to walk a long way lugging may luggage. I was upgraded to a corner junior suite which was beautiful. Interesting Asian decorations throughout. Wonder whether some may take offence at the many Buddha statues used as decorations. Specially having the omelet station in the breakfast buffet in front of one may not be 'politically' correct? Of course I am sure this is unintentional. The room was very well appointed, clean and comfortable. Room cleaning was very good. Unfortunately no complimentary wifi, though I got one as part of a conference deal. Connection not bad but tends to break up. They also have this absurd electronic minibar with sensors (A Hiton thing?). If you move something, you pay for it! Luckily I had experienced this in another Hilton hotel in Athens and did not fall in to the trap! I did however get fooled by their 'complimentary' water, placed at the bottom of the minibar with the legend 'stay hydrated two bottles of chilled water in relatively large letters and with compliments for HHonours members in small letters not really visible with the lighting available. Once I read the compliments part I was so happy, I availed myself of the water and was in for a rude shock when the bill arrived at the end of the stay!. I complained and I must say that they promptly deducted the amount, another accolade to there great service. This ruse of getting customers to buy their water is really demeaning for such an upmarket hotel chain. (A different method was tried at the Athens Hilton). Barring this little irritation, this is a great hotel. True, the breakfast was very basic, but since most customers seem to be the corporate type who are grabbing something on their way to meetings, it was probably adequate. Didn't try any of their restaurants. Location is just outside town with nothing around but other hotels and little in the way of restaurants or shops, so you should have your own transport or depend on taxis - plenty at entrance. The concierge was very helpful with maps, directions and places to shop. A really good business hotel if you don't want to be in the center of town.

One of the most beautiful places to stay. The attention to detail is incredible. Their garden is decorated for "Sparkle" and the entertainment was outstanding. Great gym. Everything about this place is just perfect. Staff are warm, professional and welcoming!

Best museum hotel I have ever been in North America. Amazing art pieces mostly from Asia. Great Dallas view from 27th floor restaurant. Nice atmosphere and Christmas decoration. Good relation price / service. We enjoyed our 2013 Thanksgiving holiday there.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say this was my very best experience in a hotel ever. The staff was very friendly and helpful from the moment we pulled into the drive way. The room was superb! Very neat and clean, everything we could imagine we needed was already there when we entered. All in all I couldnt have asked for anything more...We had no complaints!!!

Hotel was nice, had an issue with a very rude valet parking staff "Tony" but addressed it myself and he did apoligize. The rooms are very clean the only thing that I did notice was that the window sill was full of water from condensation. The water was dripping down to the rug. Management needs to look into that issue.

We went to Dallas for a quick weekend wedding, and this hotel was perfect for what we needed. I was upgraded as a Hilton Diamond to a tower room. the rooms were well appointed. The shower pressure was great. Would stay here again.
