My room was located next to the door to the pool. It opened and closed very loudly many times during the night. Made it impossible to sleep. Added to that noise is the room is located across the hall from the door where are the service employees use to service the floor. That door is noisy and they were wheeling carts in and out all night, adding to the noise. Plus the opening to the large atrium was not far away, so the noise from the bar was very loud every night until very late. Internet barely worked. Would cut in and out. So it was basically useless. Hotel, food and service was great. Room was horrible. Booked a long time ahead and received a crappy room location. Hotel has to know that it is a noisy room.

Listing to your customers. Especially since I am a returning guest and stay at your other locations. Do not tell them a room is not available and others that checked in after got the main building. If you have to wait for a room, let the customer know do not try to dismiss them.

My only complaint refers to the parking availability. More levels need to be added to the parking garage. The valet parking at the front of the hotel was a nightmare for overnight guests on that evening! There were 3 or 4 events at the hotel that night. But, I have also experienced the same inconveniences at a luncheon and another overnight event at valet parking in the front of the hotel.

Rooms were nice and all worked well. View was distorted by film peeling off on the exterior of the windows. Food at the Centennial restaurant was just OK and the service was poor. Had to go find my own water after waiting for the server for over 10 minutes.

Been there several times for Yearly Convention. Good meeting rooms, nice restaurants. Not far from Dallas Love Field. Rooms were clean & comfortable. Staff was very attentive. Enjoyed the ease of checking in and out.
