Very nice, clean, modern with very good service and amenities. Check in and check out process was very good, kiosk worked very well. Staff was very friendly and knowledgable of the area and local services, i.e., restaurants, etc.

This is my second time here, and it was just as pleasurable as the first (about 5 years ago). My 23rd story room offered a wonderful view of the city, and the room was very clean, well appointed, and comfortable. With a bar and two luxury restaurants on the 2nd floor, you don't even have to leave the property for a nice meal (if you don't want). It's within easy walking distance of the train station, Dallas convention center, this historic West End and it's select of restaurants, and the historical area around Dealey Plaza. The staff was extremely polite and helpful day and night as well. I genuinely look forward to staying here on my next trip to Dallas.

I spent three nights in the hotel and was pleased. The room was updated and very modern. The room stayed cool and the nightstand even had an automatic night light when you out your feet down. I liked the automatic window shade that still let me see the Dallas skyline, but kept the room dark. Clean room and good service.

I loved the lobby and meeting space. The fountains were splendid and the rooms clean and well appointed. My room on the 7th floor had a great view. The front desk staff were great and the bell hops were friendly and efficient. The pool however, was a disappointment. It was small, dirty, and in an area just off the vents from the kitchen so the air smelled of cooking grease. The patio the pool sat in was small and off to one isolated side of the 3rd floor. In addition to the cooking smells, they allow cigar smoking on the patio. The smell of tobacco hung heavily in the hot air. It was not pleasant. It is a shame such a grand facility put in an afterthought of a pool area, especially in a city where temperatures soar and it would be nice after a meeting to relax in a resort like pool environment.

My family, esp my kids, had a blast. Staff were great and rooms were well decor. Most of the services were close by and access to downtown, via train and other transportation, was convenient. If you have the time, enjoy the dinning area. It is relaxing and great to meet and have pleasant conversation.

Only there for one night. Work related 17 hours free! Great room, loved that they gave three pillows of different textures on each bed. Did not have a room over looking the atrium, small maze to the 2nd elevator bank, but not bad.
Found that I could save $ on admission by going up to the bar instead of the observation deck of the reunion tower same views.
Only complaint is $26 to park or $19 to self park down the block.

Room Tip: Higher up so not to hear the trains of near by union station

I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We were able to check in extremely early and the staff at the check-in desk was very friendly. The room was clean and the beds are very comfortable. There are also a few places to get food and drinks within the hotel itself. I only wish parking wasn't so expensive. Unless you valet park at this hotel, you have quite a walk to the parking lot and that lot costs $19/night to park in. I thought that was pretty expensive considering the location of the parking lot to the hotel.
