Very expensive (starters $16 to $28 and mains $35 to $50) take on SW fare. The food is excellent and well prepared. The staff are pretty formal with little chatter. The room is smartly done. Dean was not there on this visit. For the money there are lots of Dallas choices so I don't know how often I would return here. The bar is another matter. Its fun and adjacent to the restaurant and always happening with a great outside patio for those nice nights.
