Very expensive (starters $16 to $28 and mains $35 to $50) take on SW fare. The food is excellent and well prepared. The staff are pretty formal with little chatter. The room is smartly done. Dean was not there on this visit. For the money there are lots of Dallas choices so I don't know how often I would return here. The bar is another matter. Its fun and adjacent to the restaurant and always happening with a great outside patio for those nice nights.

I am not a fan of Fearing's. Very high priced and the food is average. His signature Tortilla Soup was so salty I could not eat it. The atmosphere is very nice and it is a great people watching spot.

Fearing's is so beautiful and elegant! The menu is very eclectic in the sense that it has many unique flavor combinations. I had the Lobster Coconut Bisque as a starter, the Sweet Soy Glazed Bay of Fundy Salmon for my main course and the Chocolate, Cajeta & Salted Peanut Ice Cream Cake for dessert. The food presentation was lovely and portions were surprisingly generous. Everything tasted delicious!

The food is absolutely phenomenal. I ordered their pork special in March of this year and I still have dreams about it. Fancy Mexican cooked at its finest. The ambiance is nice, but the restaurant is very pricey. It is located in the Ritz Carlton afterall.

Dean Fearing is the most famous Dallas chef fro his 25+ years at the helm of the Mansion on Turtle Creek. His food is always good, service top notch and you will not be disappointed. My wife and I go here for all special occasions.
