“A taste of the Orient”
Reviewed February 11, 2013

From the moment we stepped in to the restaurant we were beautifully looked after, eight adults and our two Grandchildren. We started with excellent Sushi, Shrimps, Honey Hosin Ribs and this was then followed by a wonderful selection of Fish, And Steak absolutely fantastic! Definitely worth a trip to this part of Dallas, Texas from London if you can't make it to the Orient!
We were upstairs which I prefer, rather than the noisy downstairs area, definitely a place to visit

“Average Sushi”
Reviewed December 29, 2012

Very nice place but sushi was average...If my husband said his favorite dish was the edamame from the 3 rolls and octopus sashimi he had, well I can't say it was worth the $100 tab. I had the volcano, it was ok. Friend recommended this place, we tried it and can't say we would go back, there are so many other better sushi places in Dallas than this one, I would have to disagree with the others' reviews on this one!

“One of the best restaurants in Texas”
Reviewed November 11, 2012

After being continually disappointed with the normal fare, I was absolutely delighted to find this fabulous restaurant in Dallas. As other reviews, quite correctly state, it's noisy - but if you go upstairs this noise can be somewhat lessened - and definitely worth swollen eardrums!
The food is sensational. The sushi and sashimi is expensive - even by big city standards, but the choice of interesting mains are very reasonably priced. Looking at the cliental, looks like the Dallas 'gentry' are well aware of this special place. Sould not be missed.

“One Favorite Sushi Restaurants in Dallas!”
Reviewed October 28, 2012

We are regulars so preface my review against that. They always have treated us well. They have a very good variety of sushi and non-sushi options. The Lobster Tacos, Pork Potstickers, and Crispy Rock Shrimp are our favorite appetizers.

The Best mains are Dean's Chicken, Honey Hoisin Ribs, and Mahi. I am more of a sushi fan so tend to focus there. Its all fresh, with some good rolls (Flounder, Big Eye Tuna, Yellowtail, Salmon & Japanese Snapper). Try the Elvis's Tartare!

Great place to have your friends do a party (private room)

“Great food”
Reviewed August 21, 2012

The restaurant has amazing food. The noise level is very high so not good for intimate dining. Order several dishes and share, good wine and sake list.
