Consistently impresses me. For several years I have considered Bijoux to be one of Dallas' best restaurants. Don't go expecting a giant slab of bone-in bloody t-bone hanging off the plate Texas style; throw a boot and you will hit one of the many fabulous steak houses we have in town. Bijoux is a rarity. If you desire a carefully thought out, delicately prepared 'wow' of meal that dances on your palate in a refined 'grown-up' setting, make your reservation now! Although over the years the preparations have changed, my wife and I always make sure not to skip the pork belly appetizer and you can never go wrong with the scallops. Great wine list too but do not be afraid to try the suggested wine pairings. You know its a great place when before we leave our table we are talking about when we are going to come next.
