High end prices; low end service. This restaurant used to be great, but has seriously declined in quality over the past 3 years. The food menu and wine list have both been seriously pared back due to financial problems at this restaurant. The restaurant space is way too large and feels empty as a result even when half full. Service personnel used to be great, but are now just a cut above the staff at TGI Fridays. Our waiter was unprofessional and clueless. Told us that it "took him a while to get used to cold soup" even though the restaurant features a $20 cold soup on the menu. We ordered a wine priced at $100 and specified a 2009 vintage. The joke of a Sommelier brought us a 2011 vintage without even acknowledging the "bait and switch" tactic.
Please don't waste your hard earned dollars at this "has been"!
