This theater was the perfect size and location for the #imomsohard comedy show. The architecture, design, and detail on the walls was absolutely beautiful. The theater was an easy walk from restaurants and hotels in the downtown area. The only downside was the steep decline down to our seats while wearing high heels was a little challenging at first. I would definitely attend another show at this location.

The Majestic is the only survivor of the theaters that used to dot Elm Street, Dallas' Theater Row. It has been lovingly restored to its pre-motion picture glory when it was a grand vaudeville house. The restoration did add creature comforts like comfortable plush seats and expaneded restrooms, but attending an vent there gives the visitor a chance to experience the Grand Dame of Dallas theaters. Great acoustics and a state of the art stage and lighting system make it a perfect venue for broadway productions or concerts.

Area of revitalization ,much construction. Wonderful to see the efforts of area to preserve and renovate. Though this threaten needs some work as in progress. Tickets prices steep but looks like positive to bringing quality entertaiment to downtown

We saw Alton Brown's live show. Streets are a little confusing to get there (a lot of one way streets and nothing is parrallel, it seems all the streets run at an angle. Found a nice security monitored parking garage across the street for only $10. The theatre was built in the 20's. Very beautiful and ornate. Seating was in plush red velvet chairs. They had multiple bars set up that also sold pretzels and popcorn. There are three Levels and level two seemed perfect. I would pass on sitting up on 3. Overall very nice.

Saw Christopher Titus' new show! Loved it! The theater itself is very well kept with great employees. We didn't realize there was a bar inside so we went out for drinks before, but I think they had a good selection, judging by the line. Seats were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. Really enjoyable evening!
