Description: A fresh market culinary philosophy fares well in the Pyramid kitchens, where inspiration is easy to come by courtesy of the restaurant's 3,000 square-foot rooftop garden. Fresh herbs, spices, fruits and vegetables grow in abundance and are spotlighted on The Pyramid Restaurant menus, along with other Texas flavors, abundant in the ingredients available from Texas growers, ranchers and regional purveyors. Our culinary team revels in the opportunity to procure a vast amount of locally sourced ingredients, recognizing that building strong relationships with local purveyors provides an opportunity to learn about new products and the current landscape of produce. For this reason, our culinary team is dedicated to scouring the Texas landscape for the freshest and most flavorful ingredients, which include Texas Olive Ranch extra virgin olive oil, Brazos Valley cheese and Texas Honeybee Guild honey.

“Fantastic Easter Brunch”
Reviewed April 9, 2013

We decided to forego cooking for the 2 of us and tried the Easter brunch at the Pyramid (Fairmont Hotel). It was awesome! The carving station was set up with leg of lamb and prime rib which were both delicious, but the real stars were the myriads of side dishes and
decadent deserts that were offered. The service was excellent with chefs standing by to assist and answer all the questions. My wife and I ate until we were stuffed and then enjoyed the endless mimosas. The executive chef asked us how we liked the brunch and asked our opinions on some changes he was considering for mother's day brunch. The Easter bunny visited our table, too. Another table commented that the price was too much, but, I felt it was well worth it to sample all that delicious food at a "AAA/ 4 Diamond" rated restaurant.

“Very good hotel restaurant”
Reviewed April 4, 2013 via mobile

The restaurant is located in the Fairmont Hotel in downtown Dallas. It was raining, I was alone and had no car, so I dined here for dinner. The meal was superior to that served by what I have come to expect from a hotel restaurant. The waiter brought a complimentary taster of potato leek soup, really good. Both the beet salad and main course salmon were every good. This restaurant turned out to be a good choice on a rainy night.

“Very Special Easter Brunch”
Reviewed March 31, 2013

We have gone to another easter brunch in Dallas for several years and decided to try something different. We are glad we did. The service was outstanding, not only by those who served us at our table but by management, the chefs at each station and others supporting servers. It was beautifully decorated, a great varied selection and delicious food. Two of the three of us do not eat meat, and we had plenty to eat. Yet it was not over done with too many dishes. Both adults and families with children were comfortable. There was an easter bunny for the children.

“far better than most hotel restaurants”
Reviewed March 31, 2013

Quite a surprise - has eaten lunch & breakfast here before which are good but we had two evening meals here and were very impressed by the food . Modern American, beautifully presented and well above the normal standard you'd expect in such a hotel. Service was good and we really enjoyed ourselves
