Love the carne asada - delicious coffee! Very attentive servers. Great place for friends, family or business meals.

A very nicely decorated Mexican restaurant, but I must say I have tasted better Mexican food in Dallas and will not be rushing back there.

“Great Food & Drinks”
Reviewed August 24, 2012

Went with my sister and brother-in-law from out of town. They always like to check out privately owned, different restaurants. He had beer, my sis had a mango margarita, I had a passion fruit margaritas--great drinks! Chips were fabulous--crisp, not thick, not salty. Every gets your own small salsa bowl which is mild. Sis want hot so they bought her a different salsa that was HOT! The 3 of us shared the Cactus Salad of the Desert with gerilled chicken--the pieces of cactus and mango added a great taste as did the house dressing. Then we shared one of the specials--a grillled poblano pepper (not at all hot) filled with lean ground beef, potatoes, apples and topped with a pecan cream sauce with a side of refried b;lack beans and rice--this was to die for!!! Service was attentive but not intrusive from the minute we walked in until we left. Wait staff knew the menu and could describe flavors. These 2 dishes were enough for 3 people. Great service, fabulous food! We would have tried their mole but were too full.

The food and service are good. I had the Pipian pollo. Unfortunately the screaming children ruined the atmosphere and it appeared that this is acceptable by the management. If you're a young couple with undesciplined children this is the place for you.
